Revenue.io Product Updates: September 2026
Revenue AI Conversation Agents — Field Mapping updates Field mapping for Conversation Agents has been updated with smarter write behavior and a new rule type. Extracted insights are now written to Salesforce using a two-pass process: the full output is always stored in Revenue, and a Salesforce-optimized version sized to fit your field’s character limit is written to the mapped field. A new Append — Running Summary rule type synthesizes all previous extractions with each new one into a single continuously updated summary, so your field never fills up and stops updating.
