Domestic outbound calls originating from Turkish numbers are not supported. International outbound calls to Turkey are supported.

Calls to Turkey cannot use a Turkish caller ID or an anonymous caller ID. This is a Turkish regulatory requirement.
DTMF support
DTMF signaling uses RFC 2833 format and is supported for both inbound and outbound calls.
Emergency services
Outbound calls to emergency services numbers in Turkey are not supported. Do not rely on this service for emergency calling. Ensure users have access to alternative means of contacting emergency services.
