Outbound calls from toll-free numbers are not permitted. As of March 2023, outbound calls to Hong Kong numbers must use a provisioned local number as the caller ID. Non-local caller IDs are no longer accepted per Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA) regulations.

Emergency services
