Reachability
Chile supports inbound and outbound calling for domestic, international, and toll-free number types.

Domestic outbound calls originating from numbers not registered on the Chilean carrier network are routed on a best-effort basis and may experience degraded reliability.

DTMF support
DTMF tones use RFC 2833 format and are supported on both inbound and outbound calls.
Emergency services
Calling emergency services in Chile is not supported. Do not rely on this platform for emergency communications.
Special requirements
Chilean regulations (effective August 2025) require that outbound calls to end users include a specific number prefix to indicate the nature of the communication:
