Special requirements
Brazilian telecommunications regulations (ANATEL) require that customers classified as telemarketers originate calls using 0303 phone numbers. This requirement took effect on June 8, 2022. If your use case involves telemarketing or outbound sales campaigns, confirm whether this classification applies to your organization and provision the appropriate number type accordingly.
Compliance note
These guidelines summarize carrier requirements at the time of publication and do not constitute legal counsel. Verify that your implementation complies with all applicable telecommunications regulations in Brazil.
