However, to protect our users from fraudulent calls and unexpected telephony charges, only a subset of countries are enabled by default:

To manage the countries your users are allowed to call, contact our Support team with the list of countries you are interested in adding or removing.
Users that call a country they are not permitted to will see an error that states “Telephony Error - 13227”.
