Voicemail
The Voicemail step plays a prompt and records a message from the caller.

Prompt audio options: Same as the Greeting step (Text-to-Speech, Record Message, Upload MP3, From Library, Voicemail Greeting).
Assignment options:
- Receives voicemail in the Revenue.io dialer — The user or queue that sees the voicemail notification
- Voicemail assignment — The Salesforce user the resulting call task is assigned to
- Email notification — Who receives an email alert when a voicemail is left
