SMS

The SMS step sends an SMS message at any point during the call flow.

• Leave Text a phone number blank to send the SMS to the caller’s number.
• Fill it in to send the SMS to a different number instead (useful for internal notifications).
• Enter the message text in the Enter the message text below field. You can include call flow variables such as {{call.caller}} in the message body.
