Post Call Survey

The Post Call Survey step connects the caller to a separate survey call flow immediately after the agent ends the primary call.

Survey call flows can only contain Menu, Prompt, and Greeting steps. Once survey data is collected, it is stored in Salesforce under Call Flow > Call Flow Steps.
