Menu

The Menu step prompts the caller to press a single digit and branches the call based on their input. Use Menu when you need a classic dial-by-number phone tree.

Accepted digits: 0–9, *, and #. Each digit maps to the next step that should follow.

A No response path handles calls where the caller does not press anything before the timeout expires.
