Revenue Health Score Model

Revenue.io calculates deal health, win probability, and risk flags at the opportunity level via the Opportunity Health Score, a 0-100 numeric signal that combines structured CRM deal context with AI-extracted activity intelligence. It recalculates automatically after every captured interaction rather than on a fixed cadence, so health is always current within the active selling window, never a stale snapshot.

The engine ingests two input categories:

CRM deal context: stage progression and velocity, forecast-category movement, deal size, close-date movement (pull-ins and slips), time-in-stage against historical conversion benchmarks, and stakeholder/role coverage.

Advanced activity intelligence: conversation sentiment and its trajectory, stakeholder engagement breadth and intensity, communication frequency and recency across channels (calls, meetings, email, SMS), buyer-side participation, and methodology coverage and gaps extracted from actual conversations by Conversation Agents and our Moments system.

These are evaluated across weighted dimensions, stakeholder alignment, decision-criteria fit, competitive pressure, engagement quality, and forecast trajectory, producing three linked outputs:

Deal Health Score (0-100): a composite numeric indicator of execution readiness and alignment.

Win probability: the AI Deal Predictor derives a close likelihood estimate from the same signal set and historical outcome patterns, directly comparable to the rep-submitted Salesforce stage likelihood to surface where seller optimism and evidence diverge.

Risk flags: leading-indicator alerts fired automatically by sentiment regression, champion disengagement, stalled stage or slipping close date, missing economic buyer, or unaddressed competitor presence, routed to the deal owner and manager via Deal Alerts.
Every score and flag is explainable and inspectable: each carries its specific contributing signals, the underlying calls, emails, and meetings that drove it, and recommended next-best actions.
