We’ve added 32 more languages for support in Conversation AI and Moments™. Conversation language can be set per user in Admin.

Call Ended message
When a call ends in the dialar due to a network quality issue or the other participant ending the call, we now surface that as a dismissable message within the dialer to help the agent understand why a call ended if they didn’t end it themselves.

QBR report - update to Weekly Active Users
We updated the QBR report - Daily Active Users count to instead be a count of Weekly Active Users as it’s a better representation of active users and perceived value, while stripping out noise of daily variances.
