Accessing conversation transcripts quicker

Conversations are now accessible in Conversation AI as soon as the transcript is available, while we’re processing generative AI features like conversation summaries and scorecards. This means that you’ll be able to access conversation recordings and transcripts faster than ever - on average within 1-2 minutes for video calls, and within 3-6 minutes for audio calls. You’ll see conversations that are still processing the generative AI features labeled with a “Processing” badge in the conversation list, and that we’re still generating the given feature on the conversation record page.

Out-of-the-box Conversation Agents

Conversation Agents run automatically after each conversation ends, analyzing the transcript and surfacing structured insights such as next steps, objections, competitor mentions, and churn risk signals. 7 agents are available out of the box, with no prompt configuration required.

Insights appear on the conversation record, on a dedicated agent report page, and in My Profile for each agent. Extracted outputs can also be written back to Salesforce fields to trigger downstream workflows.
