The goal of creating, sharing, and reviewing key moments as clips is to provide a greater level of control in sharing selections of key moments on calls with internal and external partners, as well as greatly decrease the time spent in identifying and listening to specific key moments on calls for reviewers and clip recipients.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;How Does It Work?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;From a conversation, users enter a dedicated clipping mode where they can define the start and end points of their highlight.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Users can also search the transcript, pinpointing the exact moment to clip. Users then provide a title and save the highlight.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;At present, users can only play highlights back from within the same conversation, through a dedicated carousel at the top of the page.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;When a conversation record contains any one of the generative outputs they are logged to the corresponding fields in Salesforce on the conversation object.&lt;/li&gt;

The quicker sellers send a substantive follow-up, the quicker they push a deal forward to close.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;How Does It Work?&lt;span class="hx:absolute hx:-mt-20" id="how-does-it-work-1"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
&lt;a href="#how-does-it-work-1" class="subheading-anchor" aria-label="Permalink for this section"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;p&gt;Follow-up emails are already added to a user&amp;rsquo;s Gmail or Exchange draft folder following the conclusion of a conversation. In addition, follow-up emails are added to conversation records to persist what was generated and allow users to provide feedback to improve future models.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;This update introduces a new sub-nav item titled &amp;ldquo;Follow-Up Email&amp;rdquo; in the Generative section of a conversation.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Within the sub-nab, a user can now view the email follow-up that has been generated for the conversation. &lt;em&gt;NOTE: If no conversation summary exists for a conversation, the section is hidden from the user.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A user can expand the section if the follow-up email is longer than the maximum default height.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;From there, they can copy the e-mail via the text link, then paste, edit, and send the email to the intended recipients.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be sure to give a thumbs up or down regarding how helpful it is or not. Your feedback guides us as we continue to refine the e-mail content.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In the latest release, we enhanced the analytics in the Call Events Dashboard, allowing Admins to closely monitor and manage these critical call metrics. Admins can now see:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Call Events (over time) - The average hold, mute, or recording pause time (in seconds) per call for the selected time range.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Which Calls Have Long Hold Times? - A list of calls that were placed on Hold (calls sorted from longest hold time to shortest).&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Previously, when users opened the Web Leads tab within the Softphone, the default sort order of leads was set to &amp;ldquo;Oldest Leads.&amp;rdquo; The logic for this previous implementation was to ensure that reps cleaned up the longest-waiting web leads first, so they could then proceed to newer leads as they dialed down a series of web leads.&lt;br&gt;
Based on feedback we&amp;rsquo;ve received, this logic has been changed to instead display the &amp;ldquo;Newest leads&amp;rdquo; as the active filter selected by default. This change will instead promote agents to call the&lt;em&gt;freshest&lt;/em&gt;leads by default, thus promoting responsiveness. Agents can still ensure that all leads are called, but instead of a cleanup exercise, it becomes one that is actionable on ensuring the quickest call-time to web leads triggered in the Softphone.&lt;/p&gt;

The&lt;em&gt;Web Leads&lt;/em&gt;product was created to trigger a checkbox in Salesforce that presents hot leads (as defined by configurable rules in the Admin Console) to agents who can then immediately call leads on creation. This allows teams to be incredibly responsive and call leads within SLAs (such as calling each record within 5 minutes of creation).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What problem does this solve?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;
Previously, we were only updating the&lt;em&gt;Web Leads&lt;/em&gt;checkbox in Salesforce for calls made&lt;em&gt;from&lt;/em&gt;the&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Web Leads&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;tab&lt;strong&gt;in the Softphone. If a call was initiated from a&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Contact&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;in the Softphone or via&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Click-to-call&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;in Salesforce, that action was&lt;/em&gt;not&lt;/em&gt;unchecking the&lt;em&gt;Web Leads&lt;/em&gt;field box. This problem has been resolved with this release. Users may now initiate calls via&lt;em&gt;any&lt;/em&gt;of the following routes and the&lt;em&gt;Web Leads&lt;/em&gt;field checkbox in Salesforce will be properly unchecked:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The ringDNA Softphone was not previously allowing users to&lt;em&gt;Click-to-call&lt;/em&gt;from valid phone numbers due to recent updates to the length of phone numbers being used in&lt;strong&gt;Vietnam&lt;/strong&gt;and the&lt;strong&gt;Philippines&lt;/strong&gt;. To accommodate these countries&amp;rsquo; new phone number formats, we have updated our Softphone to detect valid numbers with 10 and 8 digit phone numbers.&lt;/p&gt;
