Conversation AI Added Language Support We’ve added 32 more languages for support in Conversation AI and Moments™. Conversation language can be set per user in Admin. Learn more about our supported languages RingDNA Call Ended message When a call ends in the dialar due to a network quality issue or the other participant ending the call, we now surface that as a dismissable message within the dialer to help the agent understand why a call ended if they didn’t end it themselves.
