The Delivery report is a Moments™ report helping you understand how often notifications are triggered and by which reps.

What insights can I draw from the report?

Reports show:

• How often notifications are triggered during a given time period
• Notifications by Agent and their content type (Checklist, Information, Warning, Alert)
• Which notifications trigger the most, including how many times per call
• Which reps trigger the most notifications, including how many times per call

What is included in the report?

The report includes summary metrics and detailed visualizations you can filter to analyze results over time.

This dashboard can be filtered by:

• User Name
• Date range
• Team Name
• Call Disposition
• Notification Name
• Category
• Content Type
• Triggering Criteria
• Call Type
• Duration (minutes)
