How to access signed-in articles
To make sure that you can see all relevant content in the support center, create a Revenue.io support account to access articles and content only available to signed-in user. Accessing the full breadth of our knowledge center takes just a few simple steps.
Signing In to the Help Center
Select the Sign-in button at the top right of the Navigation bar of the Support Center.
If you are an existing user, you can enter the email and password for your Revenue.io support center account and select sign in to access the full support experience.
If you, unfortunately, forgot your password, select the "Forgot My Password" link to open a modal that allows you to enter your email and submit a forgot password request. You will receive an email prompting you to create a new password.
Creating a New Help Center Account
If you are new to our help center, you can create an account by selecting the "Sign-up" link.
Once selected, you will receive a modal to enter your name and email address. After entering your name and email, select the sign up button. Once submitted you will receive a welcome email to verify your account and set a password.
Once you are logged in and have an active account with the Revenue.io support center you will see the full series of knowledge articles at your fingertips.
