Reviewing Flagged Calls


Reps can flag calls for coaching/review from the ringDNA dialer and from within individual conversations in Conversation AI

Users that receive a call flagged for review (In-App or by Email, depending on their notification settings) must click the Mark As Reviewed button under the Actions drop-down of the call being reviewed, once they have finished reviewing the call.  Until this is done, the call will not appear as reviewed to the Rep requesting review/coaching.
