What is this?

Embedded statistics associated with an individual SMS, Call, or Task sequence action and its performance across sequences.


Why is this important?

Managers can quickly see if reps are following SLAs. As participants will not progress through a sequence with action being performed or skipped, you want to make sure that there are no roadblocks. 

How Does It Work?

As actions are scheduled within a rep’s engage view we can track the expected and actual execution date of an SMS, call, or task action to understand the latency of when they are actually performed.
