What is this?

This dashboard highlights:

  1. The volume of calls over 3 min and the % of calls that reach a defined disposition.
  2. The % of calls over three minutes compared to the total volume of dials
  3. Individual user call efficiency.

Why Was This Built?

To highlight not the volume of calls but the efficiency of reaching a defined disposition.

How Does It Work?

Users can select users, teams, call dispositions, and a start and and end date to analyze the results over the defined period.
