When creating a Notification, you have the option to utilize Advanced Settings to target more precisely. These Advanced Settings can be further used to target the delivery of the Notification in addition to targeting by users.
Call Direction Targeting Options
For Call Direction, you have the following targeting options:
- This is selected by default. The Notification will be eligible to trigger on all calls regardless of inbound calls or outbound calls.
- The Notification will be eligible to trigger on inbound calls only. This option may be helpful for targeting Notifications to inbound sales reps, inbound call center reps, or used for certain inbound situations.
- The Notification will be eligible to trigger on outbound calls only. This option may be helpful for targeting Notifications to outbound sales reps, or certain outbound situations.
How to target by Call Direction
In the Notification Panel, locate the Advanced Settings option. Click on "Advanced Settings" to expand and show the available options within it:
Modify the targeting for Call Direction as desired.
Finish the creation of your Notification, then click the "Save" button.
