Outlined in this article are the reports that are provided out of the box from the Revenue.io Advanced Solutions package. These fields are populated by the fields that are introduced with the package to aggregate and summarize engagement data. This information is populated by the automation that is included and managed within the application to capture insights on an ongoing basis to clearly report on rep responsiveness and engagement across your customer journey.

Time to Respond by Campaign

What is this?

This out-of-the-box report provides insight into how quickly my reps are responding to campaign participants.

Why is this important?

If reps are not responsive to new inbound leads or campaign members they often lose the opportunity to engage as a prospect has moved elsewhere to solve their problems.

Time to Respond by Rep

What is this?

This out-of-the-box report provides insight into what reps are the most responsive to calling new leads.

Why is this important?

Managers can analyze on a rep-by-rep basis those that are lagging and not being reactive to the leads or contacts that are distributed to them. 

Time to Respond to Inbound Leads

What is this?

Specific to lead source, this out-of-the-box report provides insight into the time to first respond across lead sources.

Why is this important?

As leads fill out contact forms the likelihood of that lead engaging with a rep drops drastically as 5, 10, or even 20 minutes pass by. If reps are responsive to new leads they drastically increase the ability to qualify leads and fill their pipeline of qualified opportunities. 

How Does It Work?

This report analyzes the time to first response metric for leads based on the lead source attributed to each.

Voicemail Drop Being Used

What is this?

This out-of-the-box report provides insight into the amount of times reps are saving leaving an automated voicemail and their callback efficiency. 

Why is this important?

Leaving an automated voicemail can save reps 38-45 seconds per call which based on average call volumes can total a savings of 30 minutes a day. ringDNA can analyze what voicemail drops reps are using to understand not only if they are leaving voicemails but which ones are they using. 

Voicemail Drop Call Backs

What is this?

This out-of-the-box report provides insight into if reps are receiving callbacks for outbound calls by day as a measure of voicemail efficiency. 

Why is this important?

Leaving automated voicemails saves reps time but what is the callback rate of those voicemails? Reps can create a strategy to employ the right voicemail drops based on call context on increase the rate of calls that are returned. 

Opportunity Calls

What is this?

This out-of-the-box report provides insight into what opportunities reps are calling into. The value provided is spread across two reports. 

  • Team Calls on Opportunities
  • Rep Calls on Opportunities

Why is this important?

Understanding where your team is dividing and conquering on an opp-by-opp basis provides clear visibility into opportunities that are being driven by sole contributors or teams. 

 

Team Responsiveness

What is this?

The advanced solutions packages provide a series of reports to highlight rep efficiency across the customer lifecycle. These reports include:

  • Conversion Rate by Response Time
  • Opportunities by Lead Response Time
  • Won Opportunities by Response Time

Why is this important?

Whether a rep is calling a lead to qualify that individual, dialing into an opportunity, or calling a member of the campaign, the responsiveness of reps can be directly associated with their effectiveness.
