Manage Notifications for the Dialer

To enable Notifications in the RingDNA Dialer, follow these steps:

1.) Log into the Admin Console

2.) In the left hand navigation, under Products, click RingDNA Dialer and select the RingDNA Dialer Settings link:



3.) Scroll down to the Call Notification section:



4.) In this settings group are two settings:

Call Notifications - When enabled (ON), RingDNA Dialer users can configure a setting in the Dialer that will send a notification to another phone number when an inbound call is placed to the Dialer.



Continuous Chime Softphone - Enable this setting to extend the inbound notification chime for new calls in queue for RingDNA until there are no calls left in queue.


5.) Scroll to the top of the screen and click Save:
