To enable Notifications in the RingDNA Communications Hub, follow these steps:
1.) Log into the Admin Console
2.) In the left hand navigation, under Products, click RingDNA and select the RingDNA Settings link:
3.) Scroll down to the Call Notification section:
4.) In this settings group are two settings:
Call Notifications - When enabled (ON), RingDNA Communications Hub users can configure a setting in RingDNA that will send a notification to another phone number when an inbound call is placed to their number.
Continuous Chime Softphone - Enable this setting to extend the inbound notification chime for new calls in queue for RingDNA until there are no calls left in queue.
5.) Scroll to the top of the screen and click Save:
