Enabling Call Tools in the RingDNA Dialer
To enable Call Tools in the RingDNA Communications Hub, follow these steps:
Log into the Admin Console | |
In the left hand navigation, under Products, click RingDNA and select the Call Actions link | |
On the Call Tools tab, locate the Enable Call Tools toggle and switch it ON. Click Save. |

With the Enable Call Tools toggle enabled, RingDNA Communications Hub users will have access to the Call Tools button |
Enable Chatter for Call Notes
To allow Call Notes to be posted into Salesforce Chatter, turn on the Enable Chatter for Call Notes toggle and click Save |
Enable Call Rating
To allow RingDNA Communications Hub users to rate a call, turn on the Enable Call Rating toggle and click Save. |
Append Transfer Info to Cold Transfer Target Calls
To allow RingDNA Communications Hub users to add the callkey of the call (where a cold transfer was initiated) to the comments field (for the target call of the transfer), enable the Append Transfer Info to Cold Transfer Target Calls toggle and click Save. |
