View Timeline of Sequence Actions on Guided Selling Module

Once a Sequence is added to a Lead or Contact, the Sequence name will appear on the top of the Guided Selling Module.

Each Sequence action, past, present, and future will appear in a timeline list of on the Guided Selling Module.

Sequence Actions Analytics

Sequence Analytics will display for the lead or contact record. Card includes:

Past Actions–number of sequence actions completed

Future Actions–number of sequence actions scheduled for today or later

Emails Opened–number of emails opened by the recipient

Calls Connected–number of calls that lasted 90 seconds or longer

Sequence Actions Timeline

Completed Actions

Actions in the past will display with the Sequence Action name, the Sequence ID, the outcome of the action, and the date the action occurred.

You may select the Sequence Action Name to view more information about the Action.

Outcomes Displayed

Email

  • Sent displays if email is sent but not opened
  • Opened displays if email is opened but no reply was sent
  • Replied displays if email was replied to

Calls

  • Dispositition from call is displayed

SMS

  • Sent displays when SMS is sent

Tasks

  • Task status displays when updates

Current Actions

The current action in queue appears on the owner’s Today view. The action may be completed from the Today view.

You may select the Sequence Action Name to view more information about the Action.

To skip the action, select the menu on the right side of the action and choose Skip Action.

Future Actions

Actions scheduled in the future display with the Sequence Action Name, Sequence ID, and the date the action is scheduled for.
