When a lead or contact is part of a Sequence, you may remove the Sequence using the Sequence Module.
- Navigate to the Sequence Module
- Click the menu into on the right (three dots)
- Select “Remove Sequence”
- A confirmation modal will display
- Once removed, all incomplete Sequence Actions will be deleted, the Sequence ID will be removed, while completed Sequence Actions will be saved. Opportunity and Campaign Sequences apply Sequence ID to the related Lead or Contact. The Sequence Module information will live on the Lead or Contact. To remove the Sequence ID, you will need to use the Sequence Module on the Lead or Contact page.
