View Analytics for Individual Sequence Actions
Once you have active actions used within existing sequences, it's important to measure and evaluate the success of individual actions. To view metrics for individual actions, use the following steps:
- Navigate to the Actions tab provided within the managed package
- Select the action you would like to view via search, filtration, or pagination
- Once you have isolated your action either select the Action name or select the "View Action" from the dropdown.
- On selection, you will see a breakdown of measured analytics tied to the action.
Analytic Cards for Actions
Completed
Percent of instances where this action appears on a user's today view and is completed. (This will not appear for automatic emails as they do not show on user's today view)
Skipped
Percent of instances where a user skips the action on the today view. (This will not appear for automatic emails as they do not show on user's today view)
Overdue
Percent of instances where a user has this action on their today view for more than 24 hours.
Email Opened
Percent of instances where the email is sent and opened by the recipient.
Email Replied
Percent of instances where the email is sent and replied to by the recipient.
Call Connected
Percent of instances where the call is completed and results in a call lasting more than 90 seconds.
Avg. days to complete
On average, how many days this action is on a user's today view before it is marked as complete.
