    • This report shows all outbound calls made and was answered
    • This report omits calls with empty & voicemails disposition
  • My Team’s Outbound Calls With LP
    • This report shows outbound calls placed using a Local Presence Number.

  • My Team’s Outbound Connected Calls
    • This report only considers outbound Connected Calls 
    • Connected Call is defined as calls answered with a length >= 120 seconds and omits empty, bad data, voicemails dispositions
    • International calls & Toll-Free numbers are omitted from Connected Calls
  • My Team’s Outbound Calls with VM Drops
    • This report shows outbound calls where an agent left a pre-recorded automated voicemail.
