Account Activity Dashboard

Overview

Sales, Success, and RevOps leaders can use this dashboard to analyze activity volume across accounts. Pre-built filters allow you to filter the dashboard based on account type so you can look at activity for prospects versus customers. Role-based visualizations help you see which core functions in your business are engaging accounts.  

What data points are included in the dashboard?

Summary Stats

Available metrics to summarize high-level statistics around account activity.

  • Accounts Touched - The total number of accounts interacted with via any activity type (i.e., email, call, SMS, or task) over the selected time period and account type.
  • Accounts Called - The unique number of accounts with an inbound or outbound call.
  • Accounts Texted - The unique number of accounts with an inbound or outbound text message.
  • Accounts Met - The unique number of accounts with a Salesforce event of any type.
  • Accounts Emailed - The unique number of accounts with an email activity.
  • Total Activities - The total number of activities of all types over the selected time period and account type.
  • Total Calls - The total number of calls to accounts.
  • Total Text Messages - The total number of text messages to accounts. 
  • Total Meetings - The total number of meetings with accounts. 
  • Total Emails - The total number of emails to accounts.

Expanded Insight into key account activity behaviors and trends

  • Contacts Touched By Account - The unique number of contacts interacted with for an account over the selected time period and account type, for all activities logged against the account.
  • Contacts Touched By Rep - The unique number of contacts with an activity logged against the account, by rep, across all accounts for the selected time period and account type.
  • Calls By Account - The total volume of calls and connected calls per account in descending order, for the selected time period and account type.
  • Calls By Rep - The total volume of calls and connected calls per rep across all accounts in descending order, for the selected time period and account type.
  • Text Messages By Account - The total volume of messages per account in descending order by account and assigned role.
  • Text Messages By Rep - The total volume of text messages per rep across all accounts in descending order by total count.
  • Meetings By Account - The total volume of meetings per account in descending order by account and assigned role.
  • Meetings By Rep - The total volume of meetings per rep across all accounts in descending order by total count.
  • Emails By Role - The total volume of messages per account in descending order by assigned role.
  • Emails By Rep - The total volume of emails per rep across all accounts in descending order by total count.
