Viewing logs of Emergency Call Flow Routing

The Emergency Call Flow Routing feature is managed by the Support team and can be enabled on request. When changes are made to this feature setting, a log is generated in your account.

To view logs of changes to Emergency Call Flow Routing, log into the Admin Console, browse to "Account Details" and select the "Logs" tab.

On the tab, select "Emergency Call Flow" from the "Category" dropdown:
