Viewing logs of Call Recording playback

Call Recordings are a critical component in's product suite. Any time a call recording is listened to, whether in Conversation Ai or in the Admin Console's basic call recording player, these playback events are logged to the "Logs" tab within the Account settings.

To view logs of events where call recordings are played, log into the Admin Console, browse to "Account Details" and select the "Logs" tab.

On the tab, select "Recording" from the "Category" dropdown:
