Call Custom Links are clickable links provided in the RingDNA Dialer for Agents to use while on calls. They can be anything that is hosted on a website (e.g. internal pricing documents, competitor intel, etc.). These links are all available at the click of a button in the Dialer.
Configuring Call Custom Links in the Admin Console
To enable Call Custom Links in the RingDNA Dialer, follow these steps:
1.) Log into the Admin Console
2.) In the left hand navigation, under Products, click RingDNA Dialer and select the RingDNA Dialer Settings link:
3.) Scroll to the Call Custom Links section
4.) Click the green plus icon
5.) On the modal window, enter the link label and URL. Click Save:
6.) The Custom Link is added to the table:
Using Call Custom Links on Calls in the Dialer
Once Custom Links have been configured in the Admin Console, Dialer users will have access to them via the Links button which appears in the right-hand panel in the dialer:
