Call Custom Links are clickable links provided in the RingDNA Communications Hub for Agents to use while on calls. They can be anything that is hosted on a website (e.g. internal pricing documents, competitor intel, etc.). These links are all available at the click of a button in the RingDNA Communications Hub.
Configuring Call Custom Links in the Admin Console
To enable Call Custom Links in the RingDNA Communications Hub, follow these steps:
1.) Log into the Admin Console
2.) In the left hand navigation, under Products, click RingDNA and select the RingDNA Settings link:
3.) Scroll to the Call Custom Links section
4.) Click the green plus icon
5.) On the modal window, enter the link label and URL. Click Save:
6.) The Custom Link is added to the table:

Once Custom Links have been configured in the Admin Console, RingDNA users will have access to them via the Links button which appears in the right-hand panel in RingDNA:
