What is this?
A bar graph and tabular report showing the number of Leads, Contacts, or other (unknown) Salesforce record types that were spoken to in a given day.
Note: 🔄 Data in this report is updated every 10 minutes.
Why is this important?
This report helps sales managers understand the distribution of who their reps are on calls with every day. If reps are under-indexing on calls to leads at the end of the quarter, for example, a sales manager would want to know this so that they can prompt their reps to engage with open leads.
