Call Volume Dashboard

What is this?

The dashboard displays the overall call volume for a range of dates in several embedded reports:

  • Total Calls - numerical roll-up representing the total number of calls over the date range
  • Inbound Calls - numerical roll-up representing the total number of inbound calls over the date range
  • Outbound Calls - numerical roll-up representing the total number of outbound calls over the date range
  • Total Number of Agents - numerical roll-up representing the total number of agents who made inbound or outbound calls over the date range
  • Call Volume By Day - stacked bar graph displaying total call volume (by total, inbound, and outbound calls) broken out by day over the date range
  • Call Volume By Day (Tabular) - tabular report displaying total call volume (by total, inbound, and outbound calls) broken out by day over the date range
  • Call Volume By Agent - tabular report displaying total call volume (by total, inbound, and outbound calls) broken out by Agent over the date range.

Dashboard Filters

  • User Name - A multi-select filter allows you to filter the Dashboard by specific Agent(s)
  • Team Name - A multi-select filter allows you to filter the Dashboard by specific Team(s)
  • Start Date / End Date - Set the date range using these two filters

Why is this important?

Sales managers want to know whether their teams are making enough calls every day, and this chart provides an easy-to-understand chart that highlights the distribution of call volume (inbound/outbound) by day and by Agent.
