About the Call Distribution Report

Report Overview

The Call Distribution report is a table displaying the number and percentage of calls associated with an Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, or no Salesforce Object per day, grouped by Revenue.io user.

Why is this important?

This report provides sales leaders with important insight into the types of conversations that their teams are having. Here you can see by rep the volume of calls that are associated with accounts, prospecting to leads, calls to contacts, or even the volume of calls to an unknown number outside of Salesforce.

Who will get value from this report?

Sales Managers who want to understand how many calls are logged against various Salesforce Objects.

What does this report show?

The distribution of calls associated with Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, or no Salesforce Object. Each row represents the daily totals per agent.

  • User Name
  • Location

Report Details

Grouped by Revenue.io user, a table displaying the number and percentage of calls associated with an Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, or no Salesforce Object per day.

Report Columns

Details

  • Day - The date (YYYY-MM-DD) calls were placed. 
  • Agent_name - The Revenue.io user who made or received the calls. 
  • Location ID  - The internal location ID of the Revenue.io user who made or received the calls.
  • Location_name - The location of the Revenue.io user who made or received the calls. Location is determined by the user's assigned location in Admin Console.
  • Call_queue_id - The internal call queue identifier of the call queue the call traversed through. 
  • Call_queue_name - The name of the call queue the call traversed through. 

Totals

  • Account_calls - The number of calls associated with an Account record. 
  • Contact_calls - The number of calls associated with a Contact record.
  • Lead_calls - The number of calls associated with a Lead record.
  • Opportunity_calls - The number of calls associated with an Opportunity record. 
  • No_sf_record_calls - The number of calls associated with a phone number that had no associated Salesforce record. 
  • Total_calls - The total number of calls. 

Percentages

  • Account_calls_percent - Percentage of calls associated with an Account record.
  • Contact_calls_percent - Percentage of calls associated with a Contact record.
  • Lead_calls_percent - The percentage of calls associated with a Lead record.
  • Opportunity_calls_percent - The percentage of calls associated with an Opportunity record.
  • No_sf_record_calls_percent - The percentage of calls associated with a phone number that was not associated with a Salesforce record at the time the call occurred.
