Why is this important?
Call Recordings are central to the Revenue platform, providing sales managers with critical coaching opportunities for their teams. This report allows sales managers to quickly isolate the calls they’re interested in, empowering them with actionable data for coaching.
Report / Dashboard Details
- User Name
- Start Date
- End Date
- Caller Name
- Call Type (voicemail or non-voicemail)
- Call Direction (All Directions, Inbound or Outbound)
The Call Recordings report details each call recording generated in the account and provides links to both the corresponding Salesforce Task for the recording and the Recording itself.
