Viewing logs of changes to Call Recording settings

Call Recording settings are a critical component in optimizing usage of Revenue.io's product suite. Changes made to these settings are all logged to the "Logs" tab within the Account section.

Account-level logs

When changes are made to any Account-level setting in the Call Recording section (see screenshot), a log is created under the category "Account Recording Settings".

User-level logs

When changes are made to the "Call Recording" dropdown on the RingDNA Dialer Settings tab of individual user settings page (see screenshot), a log is created under the following category "User Recording Settings".

Filtering by Recording Categories

On the "Logs" tab, Admins can filter and search for logs using the following two new categories:

  • Account Recording Settings
  • User Recording Settings
