User Busy Presence Summary Reports

The User Busy Presence Summary and User Busy Presence Summary By Day reports give Supervisors visibility into the Team's productivity. More specifically, Supervisors can run these reports to understand how team members are spending their time. Their time spent in "Busy", "Available", and Custom statuses are captured and presented in both graphical and tabular reports. 

Note: 🔄 Data in these reports is updated every 2 hours.

User Busy Presence Summary

To access the User Busy Presence Summary report, Supervisors & Administrators can click Products > RingDNA > Reports from the sidebar, then select User Busy Presence Summary to launch the report. 

The User Busy Presence Summary report displays results in two mediums: User Busy Presence Totals and User Busy Presence Summary.

  • User Busy Presence Totals visualizes how many minutes a user spends in an On call, Busy, Available, or Custom User Status during the selected timeframe.
  • User Busy Presence Summary lists out the same status data grouped by user in a table format.

 

User Busy Presence Summary Report Filters

  • User Name - Allows Admins to see results for just a specific Revenue.io user. The User Name filter will default to all users if no user is selected.
  • Team Name- Allows Admins to see results for users who are members of a specific Team.Team Name filter will default to all Teams if no Team is selected.
  • LocationName - Allows Admins to see results for users who are in a specific location. Location Name will default to all locations if no location is selected.
  • Start Date
  • End Date

User Busy Presence Summary By Day

To access the User Busy Presence Summary By Day report, Admins can click Products > RingDNA > Reports from the sidebar, then select User Busy Presence Summary By Day to launch the report. 

The User Busy Presence Summary By Day report visualizes how many minutes by day were spent in a Call, Busy, Available or Custom User Status.

User Busy Presence Detail lists all the status changes for the selected user during the selected timeframe.

  • Available - Time spent where the user status is set to the general “Available” state.
  • Busy - Time spent while manually designated as Busy but not on a call. This is the default busy state.
  • Busy - On Call - Time spent busy while actively on a call. Users are set to this status while on an active call.
  • Busy - Wrap Up - If a call is placed to a queue, that queue can have a wrap up timer set that changes the user into a busy state after a call allowing them to finish post-call actions.

Report Filters

  • User Name - Allows Admins to see results for just a specific Revenue.io user. The User Name filter will default to all users if no user is selected.
  • Team Name - Allows Admins to see results for users who are members of a specificTeam.Team Name filter will default to all Teams if no Team is selected.
  • LocationName - Allows Admins to see results for users who are in a specific location. Location Name will default to all locations if no location is selected.
