Admins can configure Agent-Only Call Recordings for individual US States and Countries on the "United States" and "International" tabs respectively. In the Record Calls column, Admins may select from the following three drop-down options:
- No Recording - No call recording will be made.
- Record All Parties - Standard "Dual Party" call recordings will be made.
- Record Agent Only - When selected Agent-Only Call Recordings will be created when one or more participants has a phone number that corresponds with the US State or Country.
