Once an administrator has approved access to the Revenue.io application, individual users can connect their Zoom accounts to Revenue.io. This step-by-step guide walks users through the simple process to connect their accounts via OAuth.
Installing from the Zoom Marketplace Application
- From the Revenue.io Zoom Marketplace application, users can select the "install" button once an admin has approved the use of the application.
- On selection, they will be navigated to the Revenue.io console and the list of their integrations. If a user is not logged in, they will be prompted to enter their salesforce credentials to access the admin console.
- On the integration tab, users will be able to view a "add integration" button.
- Select the "add integration" button to open a modal with available options.
- Users can select the "connect" button listed under the Zoom integration card.
- Upon selection, this will initiate a Zoom OAuth flow.
- If a user is not actively logged into. Zoom they will be prompted to do so at this time. Enter your credentials to continue.
- Users will be prompted with an authorize page with the title of "Revenue.io is requesting access to your Zoom Account." Here you can view the permissions required by Revenue.io to operate.
- Select the "authorize" button to provide access to Revenue.io.
- Once selected, you will be navigated back to the Revenue.io admin console where you will now see Zoom listed within your connected integrations.
Installing Directly from the Revenue.io Admin Console
- Navigate to the Revenue.io console to access your profile. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to enter your Salesforce credentials to access the admin console.
- You can access your account quickly by selecting the "My Account" option after selecting your name in the upper right-hand corner of the application.
- Once on your profile page, select the "integrations" tab.
- On the integration tab, users will be able to view a "add integration" button.
- Select the "add integration" button to open a modal with available options.
- Users can select the "connect" button listed under the Zoom integration card.
- Upon selection, this will initiate a Zoom OAuth flow.
- If a user is not actively logged into. Zoom they will be prompted to do so at this time. Enter your credentials to continue.
