Add Zoom to Calendar Meeting Types

⚠️ Known issue adding Zoom Video Conference URLs

Please note that there is a known issue with the Zoom Video Conference option that prevents Zoom URLs from being added to booked events.

As a suggested workaround until this issue is resolved, we recommend selecting Custom from this dropdown and entering your Zoom PMI ("Personal Meeting ID").

If you have back-to-back meetings and want to prevent attendees from joining your meetings in progress, use the Zoom Waiting Room feature to admit participants individually. For further details on the Waiting Room feature, see Zoom's support article here.
