When adding new users within the Revenue Admin Console, Admins can locate the reps they wish to add by searching for their email addresses in Salesforce. This is especially beneficial to enterprise companies that may have users with similar or identical names.
To add a user via their email, log into the Admin Console, click Users in the navigation menu, then click on Add New
Enter the email address into the Search field and click Search to display the user who has that email address.
