This phone number's local time is set outside of your set compliance hours
When a user attempts to place a call, that call is prevented from being completed and a red banner is displayed near the bottom of the dialer with the message: “This phone number's local time is set outside of your set compliance hours”.
Your Administrator has enabled compliance hours, which restrict outbound calls to numbers where the local time falls outside set hours.
Verify that the local time that you are calling a phone number falls within the compliance hours set by your administrator. For US Numbers, this is determined by the geographical location of the area code you are dialing and the time zone that location falls under. International Numbers are calculated using the country code and their westernmost time zone.
