No valid Account

When a user attempts to log into the application, authentication fails and the error code “NoValidAccount” is displayed to the user.

Cause could not find an existing account for you and could not create a new trial account for your Salesforce Org. If authenticating via a Salesforce Sandbox, we were not able to create an account associated with that sandbox.
