How do I turn on Local Presence?

Local Presence automatically matches your outbound caller ID to the number you are calling.


To turn Local Presence on, click on the "Outbound Number" dropdown at the top of the Dialer window.

Then select "Local Presence".


If you do not see the "Outbound Number" dropdown or do not see a "Local Presence" option, then Local Presence may not be enabled in your account. Contact your Administrator to request access to Local Presence.
