Quickstart Guide for Revenue.io Inbound Call Tracking Customers

Revenue.io's Inbound Call Tracking functionality allows you to track which marketing campaigns and sources result in valuable phone calls. Sales reps can convert more inbound callers into revenue thanks to campaign context and prospect interaction history. Best of all, 100% of your inbound call data is automatically captured and logged in Salesforce.

Step 1: Log into your administrative account

  1. Go to Revenue.io.com
  2. Click Sign In in the upper right corner of the screen
  3. Log in using your regular Salesforce.com username and password

Step 2: Track your first marketing channel

With Revenue.io, you can quickly begin tracking the ROI of calls from any online or offline source. Check out our Call Tracking Setup Overview for help getting started.

Step 3: Route calls to your sales team

Step 4: Associate tracking numbers with Salesforce

Step 5: Managing tracking numbers
