Managing Salesforce Tasks in the RingDNA Dialer

With the new Tasks tab in the RingDNA, reps can now view and complete their open Salesforce tasks in a single place within the dialer. This helps reps stay on top of their tasks for the day while saving them time from context switching between the dialer and Salesforce. 

Reps can see a list of their open Salesforce tasks for the day by going to RingDNA Dialer -> Tasks

Reps can click on the arrow to view the associated record for the task:


Reps can check the checkbox to mark a task as completed 


Reps can click on the 'View All' buttons to view all their Salesforce tasks in Salesforce
