Accessing Salesforce Lists in RingDNA


On the "Lists" tab in the RingDNA Communications Hub, users have access to all of the same Lead and Contact Lists that they have access to in Salesforce. With Lists, salespeople can quickly access lists of Leads or Contacts directly from within the Communication Hub. This streamlines the calling process, saving time and improving productivity. By eliminating the need to switch between different platforms, salespeople can focus more on making calls and engaging with prospects. This can lead to higher call volumes and ultimately, increased sales effectiveness.


Below is a walkthrough of the Lists feature in the RingDNA Communications Hub.

Users see a tab called Lists in the left-hand nav bar

There are two sub-tabs: one for Lead lists and the other for Contact lists.

Reps can search for a list by name to quickly find the list they need.

The last list a user clicked into will appear in the "Recently Viewed" section.

After clicking into a List, users see all Leads or Contacts in the list and can click into the Lead/Contact Details page to start taking actions (such as calling, email or messaging).
